Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

• Returns are accepted for in store credit only. You will be issued a store credit e-gift card within 5 business days of us receiving your item and it being approved for return.
• Each customer is permitted 3 FREE returns per month. Returns exceeding 3 will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• E-gift card amount will include the cost paid for the item and taxes. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
• You may request a merchandise exchange if the item you want is available and in stock.
• Due to quick turnover of our inventory, all returns must be returned within 14 days from purchase.
• DO NOT RETURN ITEMS without approval form from Alice & Agnes. Not all items are eligible for return and need to be approved before accepted.
• SALE items (price ends in .99), SUNDAY STEALS, accessories, & any products with 30% discount code or more are FINAL SALE & cannot be returned.
• All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Items MUST BE free of makeup, deodorant or any other stains/odors to be eligible for return. 
• Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. If product is damaged, Alice & Agnes will provide return shipping. 
• If you are local to Indianapolis, you can choose local drop off as a return option. Customer is responsible for dropping item(s) off within the 14 day window even if form has been submitted. 
• Please allow 5-7 business days for processing of your return request.

• Returns are not resolved until the item(s) are in store and inspected.
