shipping and returns
Payment is due at the time of checkout.
Orders typically ship within 48 hours. There may be additional delays due to weather, holiday, and USPS exceptions beyond our control.
Local pick up items are typically ready and available for pick up with in 2 business days. Our pick up location is 707B Main St, Beech Grove, IN 46107. Our hours are T 11-4, Th 11-7, Fri 11-5 and Sat 10-3. You will receive an email notifying you when your order is ready.
If the address provided is undeliverable by USPS, the customer will be responsible for any additional postage fees that are incurred. Additionally, a flat rate ($5.00) shipping cost will be charged to the customer to re-deliver the order with corrected shipping address.
No refunds on shipping.
- Returns are accepted for in store credit only. You will be issued a store credit e-gift card within 5 business days of us receiving your item and it being approved for return.
- Each customer is permitted 3 FREE returns per month. Returns exceeding 3 will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- E-gift card amount will include the cost paid for the item and taxes. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- You may request a merchandise exchange if the item you want is available and in stock.
- Due to quick turnover of our inventory, all returns must be returned within 14 days from purchase.
- DO NOT RETURN ITEMS without approval form from Alice & Agnes. Not all items are eligible for return and need to be approved before accepted.
- Sale/2020 Clearance Collection items (price ends in .99), SUNDAY STEALS, accessories, & any products with 30% discount code or more are FINAL SALE & cannot be returned.
- All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Items MUST BE free of makeup, deodorant or any other stains/odors to be eligible for return.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. If product is damaged, Alice & Agnes will provide return shipping.
- If you are local to Indianapolis, you can choose local drop off as a return option. Customer is responsible for dropping item(s) off within the 14 day window even if form has been submitted.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for processing of your return request.
- Returns are not resolved until the item(s) are in store and inspected.
